RHC Workforce Solutions is a STEAM-credentialed organization and a U.S. Department of Labor and Veterans Affairs Registered Apprenticeship provider. We deliver accredited training programs that lead to community college trade certificates and industry-recognized credentials, helping participants develop skills that align with current workforce demands.

Workforce Training & Apprenticeship Programs
RHC Workforce Solutions delivers U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs aligned with industry standards and trade certifications to support workforce development and career preparation.
Participants earn community college trade certificates, gain hands-on experience, and build job-related skills through structured, real-world training. Our programs incorporate critical thinking, leadership development, safety practices, job readiness training, mentoring, peer collaboration, and industry-recognized credentials.
Programs are delivered in collaboration with employer partners. Participation requires employment with a sponsoring employer or confirmation that a current employer will support program involvement. Employer participation includes providing mentorship and dedicated on-the-job training time as part of the employee’s regular work schedule.
