Accredited Training & Apprenticeships
As a STEM-credentialed organization and a U.S. Department of Labor and Veterans Affairs Registered Apprenticeship provider, RHC delivers nationally accredited training programs. Our apprentices graduate with community college trade certificates and industry-recognized credentials—ensuring their skills are portable, in-demand, and future-ready.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services
We believe in creating opportunities for all. RHC provides vocational rehabilitation services to help veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those facing employment challenges build meaningful, sustainable careers. Through personalized training, job placement support, and strong employer partnerships, we ensure every individual can access pathways to success.
Justice-Involved Reentry Employment Program
RHC is an approved vendor for both the Department of Adult Corrections and the Department of Juvenile Justice, providing post-release employment support to formerly incarcerated individuals. Our services help reduce recidivism and promote long-term job stability.

A program uniquely designed for the Employer and the Apprentice
RHC Workforce Solutions delivers U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs designed around industry standards and trade certifications. Participants earn community college trade certificates, gain real-world work experience, and advance their wages while learning.
Our programs integrate OSHA 30 safety certification, job readiness training, peer coaching, and industry-recognized credentials such as NCCER, MSSC, WPCSOCC, NABCEP, and EPA. Instructors include licensed contractors, craft professionals, manufacturers, sustainability experts, and adjunct professors—ensuring hands-on, career-focused training.
We emphasize evidence-based learning, work-based experience, and supportive solutions that prepare graduates for long-term, well-compensated careers. Stakeholders include employers, workforce agencies, colleges, governments, and trade associations.
Programs are delivered virtually, on-site at workplaces, and in partnership with community colleges, universities, and other institutions, supported by affiliated offices in the U.S., Kenya, and Ghana.
