Apprenticeship Programs
RHC Workforce Solutions offers apprenticeship programs that combine classroom instruction with on-the-job training. Participants may earn an Apprenticeship Certificate and a community college certificate for related instruction. Program completion may also lead to employment opportunities, subject to performance and availability.
Programs are delivered in collaboration with employer partners. Participation requires current employment or employer sponsorship, including mentorship and structured on-the-job training during the workweek.

Minimum Qualifications
· Age: 18 or older
· Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation

· Driver’s License: Valid license may be required for certain roles
