So to make an impact that matters we focus on education, giving, skill-based volunteerism, and leadership to help drive positive social impact in our communities. We continuously deliver powerful solutions, and drive differentiated results, while making an impact in our communities.

Our Story

RHC Workforce Solutions was launched to help businesses create and maintain a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture for employees. With more than two decades of workforce management experience, RHC Workforce Solutions offers workshops to help leaders foster connections among workers. Why does this matter? The culture of an organization sets expectations of how people behave and work together, and how they function as a team. We believe that businesses have the power to inspire and transform lives. Our efforts to provide mentorship and access to business opportunities through our projects and corporate operations are a key focus of our supplier representation strategy.

RHC WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS INSTITUTE - NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION

Every day RHC Workforce Solutions works to remove barriers, sustain needs, strengthen skills, and enhance economic stability for transitioning youths at-risk, underserved and under-employed markets, women, and military veterans in need of support services and job readiness skills for meaningful long-term permanent employment.

RHC Workforce Solutions Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides collaborative opportunities to enhance socio-economic equity and upward mobility, drive economic growth, and strengthen communities. Contributions to the organization are a strong statement of your belief in economic development and the welfare of the communities where we work and live. RHC Workforce Solutions is steadily and consistently growing to become a global leader in workforce development and green apprenticeships. Moreover, we continue to fundamentally change how companies interact with workforce development apprentice graduates with superior results.

Help us with our socio-economic upward mobility equity goal by employing a student or participating as a Host Employer. RHC Workforce Solutions' job readiness and apprenticeship programs allow students to have a career pathway to on-the-job certifications and in-demand licensed trades.
